Introduction
To access the application, the Applicant is sent a secure link, where they create a login profile. Consent for background checks and other legal information is also captured here.

Collecting Information
On logging in, the Applicant is presented with a series of screens representing the information we wish to collect. The Applicant Progress Panel (left-hand side) acts as both navigation to the various screens, and as a status screen for the Applicant's progress. The reversed text (white on blue) reflects the screen title, while the check box indicates whether the screen is complete and valid (a green check) or incomplete/invalid (a red 'X').

More Information
The Applicant must answer a knockout question to activate certain screens. Thus, negative information is also captured.
|
Multiple Information/Repeatable Fields
As the Applicant provides the requested information for each screen, the application keeps a running summary of each content area. In this screen, we can see the Applicant's Employment entries, and an alert prompting the Applicant to edit an irregular entry. (The Progress Panel at left also shows that this particular content area is invalid.)
|
Completion
The Applicant can also reference the Application Summary screen to view details of their progress. Once all screens are completed, and all information is collected, the controls of the Application Summary are activated, and the Application can be submitted.
Once submitted, the Applicant can be tracked in the Online Application Module.
